Legacy Learning Center offers an Early Childhood Program that is comprised of both group learning and individual hands-on-activities. We believe that a structured and safe environment is the key to a successful early childhood classroom.
Our classrooms provide a stimulating environment with materials that encourage self-exploration and peer interaction. The children participate in circle time, small group learning, art projects, center play and outdoor activities. The teacher will continue to build on word vocabulary and the understanding of others while encouraging independence and self-confidence. Our curriculum focuses on letter recognition, identifying shapes and colors, sensory exploration and relational concepts, as well as helping children learn fundamental skills through creative awareness.
We believe that potty training is a collaborative effort between the staff and your family. When your child shows an interest in potty training, the teacher will discuss the process of transitioning from diapers to underwear. Together we can make this milestone a positive and successful adventure.
